Can I continue to work while waiting for OPM to approve my case?

You can continue to work while you’re waiting for your OPM disability case. However, it would have to be in something less than your full duty position because remember what you’re alleging is that you are unable to work your full duty job with your full pay. If you for instance were working part-time in your job and your injury only allows you to work four hours a day you could work that four hours a day and still apply for OPM disability.
